★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos putri yang sangat nyaman, kamarnua luas, kamar mandi dalam, parkir mobil dan motor luas ga akan kehujanan, cuma karena di kamar bawah sepertinya dekat sekali sama saluran jadi suka banyak kecoa..
 The princess's boarding house is very comfortable, the room is spacious, the bathroom inside, the car park and the spacious motorbike won't get rained on, just because in the lower room it seems very close to the channel so like lots of cockroaches ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasilitas kamar lengkap dan lumayan luas (kasur, meja belajar, TV, AC, lemari pakaian), kamar mandi dalam, wifi dan listrik sudah termasuk. terdapat kulkas bersama, dapur bersama, tempat jemur, view merapi dibalkon lt.3, tempat gym, dan ruang berkumpul untuk tamu yang nyaman ?. Harga Standar untuk kost eksklusif, dan lokasi strategis dekat dengan beberap kampus di Jogja (UAJY, UPN Veteran, STTN-BATAN, ITNY, Dll). Pemilik kos sangat ramah, tetapi sayang pelayanan penjaga kosnya agak kurang ??
The room facilities are complete and quite spacious (mattress, study table, TV, AC, wardrobe), private bathroom, wifi and electricity are included. there is a shared refrigerator, shared kitchen, drying area, Merapi view on the 3rd floor balcony, a gym, and a gathering room for comfortable guests ?. Standard prices for exclusive boarding houses, and strategic locations close to several campuses in Jogja (UAJY, UPN Veteran, STTN-BATAN, ITNY, etc.). The owner of the boarding house is very friendly, but unfortunately the service of the boarding housekeeper is a bit lacking ??

Special boarding houses for girls on 2nd & 3rd floor, boys can go below, the price is cheap, no need to pay for water & electricity, slow WiFi, those who use Telkomsel quota in the 1st floor area are ready to buy an XL card because it's under 4G gdpt?
