 The boarding house is cool and calm, it's crowded because there are many who sell various kinds of food, so it doesn't feel lonely, the prices are okay and the guards are friendly, there is a balcony you can relax and see the city view, it's delicious ?

Need a well-maintained boarding house with stable and fast internet facilities, with friendly service, secure parking. The boarding house is the image of the place. Very close For places to eat, grocery stalls, coffee shops, laundry, computer and spare parts shops, To go to the Binus campus is also close

The room is ok, some room are not, though. The quality of AC in every room is good, some is bad.
The price is fine, considering the place is in the middle area between the 2 Binus campus, along with the provided features such as free laundry, private bathroom per room, and easy access to food vendors and restaurants, also electricity is included (without token). They also have people for repairing ACs (shout out to pak kumis wkwkwk).
The internet is not bad (wifi), with the only problem is that the bandwidth is too small considering the amount of people using it at once, especially because of the limited bandwidth of the router on each floor. Hoping for some bandwidth increase and maybe internet speed upgrades as well.
There are some questionable things, such as the cctv camera system, whether it works or not, also the mixed system (male/female allowed) might not suit the palette of some people (especially parents), etc
Overall, 4.5 is the rating from me.
But out of sentimental value, i'm gonna give this place 5 stars (been here for around 5 years, with the price changing over the years because of changed ownerships & management).
If you need to rent a place, especially if you want to enroll on Binus, you should check this place out, but still it depends on your budget and needs in the end.
