★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya adalah salah satu penghuni Kost Frintika sampai sekarang. kost ini recomended buat teman2 mahasiswa yang ingin kuliah d jogja, ksot frintika adalah salah satu kost yg nyamana di tempati. kenapa? karena kost frintika letaknya yg strategis, tenag untuk belajara, mempunyai halaman kosan yg bersih, kamar yg luar, WC di dalam kamar, meteran listrik yg sendiri2 (jadi pembayaran listrik sesuai dengan yg kita gunakan. yg paling penting adalah pemilik kosan yang ramah dan sangat memperhatikan kebarsihan halaman kosan. atau misalnya ada keluhan, pemilik kosan cepat respon dan cepat memperbaiki keluhan tersebut.
I am a resident of Kost Frintika until now. This boarding house is recommended for students who want to study in Jogja, the frintika ksot is one of the boarding houses that is comfortably occupied. Why? because frintika boarding is strategically located, tenag for learning, has a clean boarding yard, outside room, toilet inside the room, electricity meter itself (so electricity payment is according to what we use. the most important thing is the owner of the boarding house who is friendly and very pay attention to the blankness of the boarding page, or for example there is a complaint, the owner of the boarding house responds quickly and fixes the complaint quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat kostnya nyaman dan aman untuk ditinggali, kamarnya luas dan kondisi listrik & airnya jg lancar. Lokasinya strategis dari masjid, kampus ugm & uny, mall, tempat makan murah, cafe2, dan swalayan.
Recommended bgt buat yg nyari tempat tinggal sementara di area pogung...
The boarding house is comfortable and safe to live in, the rooms are spacious and the electricity and water conditions are also smooth. The strategic location of the mosque, UGM & UNY campus, malls, cheap eating places, cafes, and supermarkets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ttg kamar kostnya = tembok kokoh, cukup luas dengan kamar mandi dalam
lingk kost = dekat warkop/burjo/warmindo, laundry, toko kelontong
pemilik kos = quick respon terhadap keluhan/gangguan/kendala pada kost, cukup dengan chat WA.
Listrik = token, 1 meteran PLN per 3 kamar, nego aja mau iuran berapa sama tetangga kost.
Air = 1 meteran PDAM utk seluruh kamar, setiap 2 bulan akan ditagih iuran oleh Ibu Kost.
Strategis dekat UGM, 5 menit dg kendaraan.
About the boarding room = solid wall, quite spacious with en-suite bathroom
boarding room = near warkop / burjo / warmindo, laundry, grocery store
boarding owner = quick response to complaints / disturbances / constraints on boarding, just by chatting WA.
Electricity = token, 1 meter PLN per 3 rooms, how many negotiations do you want with the neighboring boarding house?
Water = 1 meter PDAM for the entire room, every 2 months will be billed contributions by Mrs. Kost.
Strategically near UGM, 5 minutes by vehicle.
