★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat kost yang berada di lokasi yang lumayan strategis dengan pilihan kamar kost AC dan Non Ac.
Hanya saja tempat parkirnya kurang memadai dan susah untuk cari parkir di sekitar tempat kost ini.
Jika pagi atau siang hari sangat banyak sekali anak sekolahan berkeliaran karena tempat kost ini berada persis berdampingan dengan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 08.
