★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos exlusive di dekat RS JIH Jogja. Pemilik kost sangat ramah. Kamar mandi dalam yang sudah ada air panasnya. Ada AC, meja dan TV. ada dapur, kulkas yang bisa digunakan bersama.
Special boarding house near JIH Hospital Jogja. The owner of the boarding house is very friendly. The bathroom has hot water. There is air conditioning, a desk and a TV. there is a kitchen, a fridge that can be used together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After you stay there for a few days they will ask you to sign the contract which has additional fees that were not mentioned early on. Not recommended for foreigners or anyone expecting a peaceful sleep.
Tv signal is bad, wifi terrible, and cockroaches keep sneaking Into the room. No privacy. Your guests will be harassed.
Foreigners charged extra.
If someine recommended this place they are probably making a commission.

Horrible location. No proper food, ATM or supermarket nearby.
The toilet is so small that I cannot even turn around, I need to leave the toilet exactly the same way I entered it or I will be stuck, similar to a game of Tetris.
Wifi is bad. I need to enter username and password every time and only works 10 minutes before I give up and use my 4G. Funny thing is everyone knows your private wifi password (because it is written outside your DOOR) and God knows how many others were stealing my wifi.
The lights are not strong enough.
The rooms are not sound proof and the manager sits outside all day with her loud voice having a chat with everyone. If you are as lucky as me you will have babies crying the whole day during your stay. At one time around 5 of the tenants sat outside WITH the building manager until around 1 am laughing and talking loudly.
You will have an average of 1 monster cockroach every week sneak into your room from under the door.
The hot water in the shower lasts for around 3-5 minutes, then it becomes cold. Not the best feeling ever but definitely a new experience!
The TV has only 3 good channels and 2 of them freeze sometimes and the signal quality is very choppy in general.
They charge 30,000 if someone stays over, what a joke. And they failed to mention this while I was asking about the prices.
You can also forget about your privacy in terms of guests because the manager has absolutely no shame and is willing to even speak to your guests and interrogate them to confirm what time they came and left just to make sure she gets her 30,000.
I have been in Indonesia for almost 6 months and I have tried a few kosts and I can tell you that this is the worst room I have rented in Indonesia (and the whole world actually).
You can get a MUCH better place for the same price. I regret staying here and I miss my previous room.
