★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uk. Kamar 3x6 Meter, listrik token, ac, air jernih. Lantai 2 ada balkonnnya. Pokoknya mantap, minus nya cima kalo parkir Mobil susah. Antara dibanguni ngebangunin orang yg parkir, soale parallel parkiran nya.

Bapak kos baik, Bebas keluar masuk 24 jam, karna di bawakan kunci gerbang, bisa bawa family tanpa harus tambahan biaya, fasilitasnya, Ac, kasur, lemari, kamar mandi dalam, listrik pakai token,
Nah cuma ada kekurangan ni guys.
Masalah sinyal aja, kos ini ada dua lantai. Kalau lantai bawa, nah bisa di katakan gak ada sinyal sama skali, jadi pas kamu masuk ke dalam kamar, jreng... tapi tenang masih bisa pakai wifi,. Hehe
Tapi kalau mau ada sinyal. Tinggal pilih kamar yang di lantai dua aja. Sinya lebih bagus sampai dalam kamar.
Cuma perbandingan kamar di lantai 2 sama yg lantai 1. Lebih luas kamar di lantai 1. Semua harga atas bawah sama saja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost exclusive astari merupakan tempat kos yang bagus. Ruanganyya 3 x 6 meter membuat nyaman setiap penghuninya. Didalam kamar tersedia kasur dan ranjangnya, meja, kursi, almari, washtafel, kamarmandi, dan ac. Tempat ini dikhususkan untuk putri atau pasutri. Terdapat 27 kamar.
Diluar kanar terdapat satu set meja dan kursi. Terdapat dapyr juga yang terpisah dari kamar untuk memasak. Di lantai 2 merupakan tempat pebghuni kos menjemur baju.
Tempat parkir disini luas banget. Bisa mobil ataupun motor. Nyaman. Buat kamu recomended banget

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its quite far from everything.. I mean city, food vendor etc.its like a village...And the signal soooooo poor! I use simpati, the stronger signal we can use, and its only 1bar eeeeeveryday! They provide wifi but the signal just like snail, very slow!!
