★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Murah dan nyaman, dapat AC dan air panas pula. Tapi kamarnya terlalu sempit kalau untuk berdua. Internet sering mati karena telat bayar. Beli galon aqua juga rada susah. Tapi akses sangat strategis karena dekat dengan Pluit Village dan halte busway Pluit. Tipsnya jangan taro barang di luar. Dan selalu kunci pintu karena pagar selalu terbuka dan kadang tidak ada yang jaga kalau siang.
 Cheap and comfortable, can be air conditioned and hot water too. But the room is too narrow for both of us. The internet often dies because of late payment. Buying gallons of Aqua is also rather difficult. But access is very strategic because it is close to Pluit Village and Pluit busway stops. Tips do not put goods outside. And always lock the door because the fence is always open and sometimes there is no guard during the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga cukup mahal karena lokasinya didalam perumahan. untuk cari makan agak susah karena ga ada warung atau indomaret dan kalo mau ke indomaret terdekat harus pake kendaraan. kost campur tapi tidak bebas. omongan di awal bawa elektronik sendiri ga ada kena charge tapi dibulan ketiga dikenakan charge. air panas ga stabil wifi bisa 1 bulan ga berfungsi. dikomplain jawaban penjaga kost tdk mengenakan. harga 2jt utk fasilitas yg angot2an agak disayangkan. satu lagi klo baru pindah jgn harap kamar kosan dalam keadaan bersih.
Prices are quite expensive because of its location in housing. to find food is rather difficult because there are no stalls or Indomaret and if you want to go to the nearest Indomaret you have to use a vehicle. boarding mixed but not free. talk at the beginning of bringing your own electronics there is no charge but in the third month charged. hot water is not stable, wifi can work for 1 month. complained the boarding house answer was not wearing. the price of 2 million for Angot2an facilities is rather unfortunate. one more if you just move, don't hope the room is clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ penjaga tidak bisa diminta tolong, untuk kos terlalu mahal untuk kondisi kamar lembab, AC bocor, tiap malam berisik. dapur kotor yang disalahkan anak kost, padahal yang selalu masak istri penjaga kos.
guards cannot be asked for help, for boarding is too expensive for humid room conditions, the air conditioner is leaking, every night it is noisy. dirty kitchen that is blamed by the boarding house child, even though the one who always cooks is the wife of the boarding house keeper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kl komplen/mnta tlg pembantu ga bs, jd w tulis aja,,, Pembantu males abl sph, tempat sampah GA DISEDIAKAN lg, anak kost hrs buang sph sndr k bawah, gmn w yg lt 3 ? rempong... (kalo ada kucing acak2 sph, ya wajar kalee, makanya pembantu tugasnya buang sph pagi n sore). Wifi mati mll. Air galon kaga ada, malam berisik ga ada tata tertib. Buat tmn2 gw no recomended, gw sm tmn w jg out bye bye ... ;P
If you complain/ask for help, you can't, so just write it down... The lazy helper doesn't have the sph, the trash can is NOT PROVIDED anymore, the boarding children have to throw the sph down, what about the 3rd floor? rempong... (if there is a random cat with sph, that's normal, kalee, that's why the helper is in charge of throwing out the sph in the morning and evening). Wifi dead etc. There is no gallon of water, noisy nights there are no rules. For my friends, it's not recommended, I and my friends are also out bye bye... ;P
