Best boarding house at a low price, the place is very, very spacious and clean. The guards are all friendly, often get snacks. Cleaned 2 weeks ago. Just love near the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos nya enak, strategis, full wifi, listrik, dapur, tv, ac, airpanas, sekitar kos banyak tempat makan (ss, krisbar dll). Kos disini 4 tahun kuliah nyaman banget ga pindah2. Ada basement buat parkir juga dan bisa minta duplikatin kunci ke penjaga kalau mau pulang malem. 7 menitan ride ke ugm. Agak pricy dikit tpi worth ittttt bgttttt
The boarding house is delicious, strategic, full wifi, electricity, kitchen, tv, ac, hot water, around the boarding house there are many places to eat (SS, Krisbar etc). The cost here for 4 years of college is very comfortable, not moving. There is a basement for parking too and you can ask the guard for a duplicate key if you want to go home at night. 7 minutes ride to ugm. A little bit pricy but worth ittttttttttttttt

The most comfortable boarding house, all facilities are included in the monthly fee, friendly guards, shared kitchen on each floor, places to eat, laundry, lots of vegetable stalls around the boarding house, just walk.
