 yesterday I was looking for my girl's boarding house there, the location is very strategic. new building too. Very complete facilities, 24 hour cctv security. The rooms are cool, recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muantap jaya . Tempatnya strategis, viewnya langsung dapat gunung, berasa liburan tiap hari. Mau ke kota dekat, ke kaliurang dekat, nonton bola ke stadion juga tinggal gas.
Buat kost harian, mingguan, atau bulanan ya tetep terjangkau. Buat ngajak keluarga main ke jogja sekedar mampir tempatnya masih enak.
Good luck. The place is strategic, the view directly gets to the mountain, feels like a vacation every day. If you want to go to a nearby city, go to near Kaliurang, watch football at the stadium, you also have gas.
For daily, weekly, or monthly boarding, it's still affordable. To invite the family to play to Jogja just to stop by the place is still good.

Akses yang deket kemana-mana. Mall, cafe, tempat makan, rumah sakit, univeraitas g jauh dari kost.
Tempat nyaman, aman, penjaga juga ramah, ada balkon dan rooftop juga.Pokoknya recomenlah yg nyari daerah seturan.
The boarding house is recommended for those who stay weekly for a family vacation in Jogja.
Close access everywhere. Malls, cafes, places to eat, hospitals, universities are not far from the boarding house.
The place is comfortable, safe, the guards are also friendly, there are balconies and rooftops too. Anyway, I recommend looking for a setting area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok means just ok but not too good. The rooms conditions is good coz its a new building. But actually, facilities and rules ia not good for us.
The warden also is bad attitiude. When all guest complain about something, in the Whassap group, than the WAG will the block by owner or warden. So we cannot complain. All the guest i knew, feel not comfortable in this place, can say all the guest no one stayed more than 2 months.
The warden also bad attitude brought the sword and show it to guest. What is my review in this coloum its true. Swear..no more stay at this places...its to bad. Becarefull. Sorry for my honest. Tq
