selain itu juga dekat dengan tempat ibadah (masjid).
Fasilitas Kos dilengkapi dengan Air Conditioner untuk menjaga suhu ruangan agar tetap nyaman ditinggali. Fasilitas kamar mandi juga ada di dalam setiap kamar.
Kos juga menyediakan lahan parkir di dalam kompleks yang relarif luas (muat untuk mobil).
Juga disediakan fasilitas dapur umum yang dapat digunakan oleh setiap penghuni kos apabila ingin memasak sendiri.
