★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostnya enak, nyaman. Betah bener. Ada Ac, wifi nya oke. Pemilik kosnya ramah. Lu bisa masak sepuas lu di sini asalkan peralatan masak bawa sendiri. Dapurnya luas, kayak outside kitchen gitu. Harganya 1.150, kalau lu bawa rice cooker atau alat listrik apa pun dari luar jadi 1.2 per bulan. Ini udah plus AC sama listrik sama aer. Kamar mandi dalem. Jadi gak usah pusing dah sama listrik dan air. Bisa lu pake sepuas lu dah sampe jadi avatar pengendali elemen, asal bertanggung jawab. Tempatnya aman banget, ada pintu kayu gede bener. Pake finger print. Walau tempatnya di tengah kampung, asli aman dan gak akan berisik dah. Parkiran free, sampe kiamat. Gak usah takut motor lu kena ujan dan panas ada atepnya buat parkir. Tiap hari rabu gak bakal kekurangan makanan, karena ada pasar dadakan gitu di luar. Makanan di sekitar murah. Jalan dikit ada warteg, ada bakso, warung dimana-mana. Buat yang mau bawa tamu, bisa sampe jam 8 malem paling lama (mau lawan jenis atau bukan). Kalau lu cowok bingung nyari kosan dimana, ini rekomen banget. Minusnya apa ya? Paling kadang ada anak2 telanjang-telanjang mandi di luar. Udah gitu doang wkwkwkk. Ada laundry harga 4 ribu per kilo deket sini. Jadi gak usah takut nyuci dimana. Murah bet, lu cuci dah tuh baju seminggu cuma 16 ribuan. Bisa untuk cewek atau cowok. Tapi kalau cewek kayaknya bakal kena mental.
Banyak cicaknya. Jadi buat yang gak kuat cicak, jangan mendingan.
Btw kalau mau yg non ac bisa juga. Harganya 900K. Tapi mending gua saranin ambil yang Ada ac aja. Tangerang panas gan.
Kalau ada yg bilang di sini pengap, ya iyalah. Makanya pake yg AC cuy. Kalau mau die hard, ya silahkan yg non ac aja. Tapi gua rekomen yg ac.
Oh iya, disarankan bawa meja sendiri. Karena satu lagi yg gak ada di sini gk ada meja.

Btw, if you want non-ac, you can. The price is 900K. But it's better if I suggest taking the one with AC. Tangerang is hot.
If someone says it's stuffy here, then yes. That's why I use the AC one. If you want to die hard, please go for the non ac one. But I recommend the ac one.
