Tapi untuk yang kuliah di sekitaran UPN, kos ini cukup bisa dipertimbangkan mengingat jaraknya yang dekat dan bisa ditempuh dengan sepeda untuk menghemat ongkos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost yang aman nyaman untuk ditempati, aksesnya mudah utk keperluan sehari-hari karena kanan kiri dan sekitarnya banyak warung makan, warung kelontong dan juga alfamart indomart
Dengan harga 650rb/bulan terbilang murah karna kamar mandinya didalam. Selain itu juga udah free wifi lho, oh ya dapurnya jg ada 3 unit.
Lalu parkir kendaraan didalam gedung bercctv, ada mushola, ada jemuran dilantai 3 dan ada ruang tamu
Bangunan juga baru selesai direnovasi loh, jamin nggk ada bocor-bocor. Nyaman deh
