Kamar standar cenderung sempit, ga lega, ga ada air panas, tdk include listrik, tdk termasuk laundry, air galon sering kosong (mesti nyari2 penjaga dulu utk ganti, itu aja kadang penjaga ga standby), dapur umum cuma ada kompor aja & tidak ada alat masak (malah kyk bukan dapur), asap rokok kamar sebelah sering masuk lewat hexos fan dan saya jd gabisa tidur di malam hari (udah 2x tegur diulangi), penghuninya berisik bgt. Jalan ke kos juga susah dijangkau grab car, mesti turun depan gang tempat tongkrongan tukang ojek yg sukasuka sengaja godain cewe. Lingkungannya kurang enak dan tidak nyaman ya menurut saya. Dgn harga segini. Tolong ditingkatkan ya. Paling ga ada air panas, biar penghuni ga harus turun masak air pake panci dulu
At a price of 2,220 million, it's expensive. Standard rooms tend to be cramped, not spacious, no hot water, not including electricity, not including laundry, gallons of water are often empty (you have to look for guards first to change, that's all sometimes the guards aren't on standby), the public kitchen only has a stove & nothing cooking utensils (it doesn't even look like a kitchen), cigarette smoke from the next room often enters through the hexos fan and I can't sleep at night (the warning has been repeated twice), the residents are very noisy. The road to the boarding house is also difficult to reach by grab car, you have to go down in front of the alley where motorcycle taxi drivers hang out who like to deliberately tease girls. The environment is not good and uncomfortable, in my opinion. At this price. Please improve it. At least there is no hot water, so residents don't have to go down and cook water using a pot first
