★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup mahal karena dekat tengah kota, Sekitar 800k untuk kamar ukuran1,5x2,5 tanpa AC (Mar 2018). namun lantai 4 nya luas serta terdapat semi rooftop yang cukup nyaman untuk kumpul-kumpul (dan untuk mencuci juga bisa) serta lantai rooftopnya luas banget, sangat bagus untuk para pecinta fotografi dan yang ingin menikmati suasana kota jakarta pusat-utara, dari sunset, meliat bintang hingga sunrise sangat cantik terlihat dari sini.
Ada warung 24 jam, ada warkop 24 jam juga, parkir motor yang aman karena setiap malam suka ada yang menjaganya. Namun di beberapa kamar sinyal teleponnya kurang bagus
Quite expensive because it's near the middle of the city, around 800k for rooms size 1.5x2.5 without air conditioning (Mar 2018). but the 4th floor is spacious and there is a semi rooftop which is quite comfortable for gatherings (and for washing it can also) and the rooftop floor is very spacious, very good for photography lovers and who want to enjoy the atmosphere of north-central Jakarta, from sunset, to see the stars to the sunrise are very beautiful seen from here.
There is a 24-hour food stall, there is a 24-hour coffee shop as well, secure motorbike parking because every night you like someone to look after it. But in some rooms the telephone signal is not good
