Kosan which is located on Jalan Sinabung is close to Binus University, which can be accessed by foot. Enter from the Padmayana apartment which is under construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kos lengkap, ada yg tanpa AC / dgn AC, tersedia mesin cuci, setlika, kompor, dapur, aqua galon, semua utk umum, serta CCTV + parkir motor, tersedia laundry bg yg tdk sempat cuci & stlika sndiri. nb : gambar di google bkn yg sesungguhnya, itu rumah depan kos
complete boarding, there are those without AC / AC, available washing machines, appliances, stoves, kitchens, aqua gallons, all for public, as well as CCTV + motorbike parking, there are laundry facilities that don't have time to wash & stand alone. nb: the picture on Google is not the real one, it's the house in front of the boarding house

The boarding house is quite comfortable, safe & quiet.. only the ground floor is a mess.. a lot of the owner's belongings.. ?
