Kelebihan :
1. Lokasi kost cukup strategis , Sangat dekat dengan lokasi Mall Alam Sutera, Binus dan Area Perkantoran (Patokan lokasi Masuk ke dalam TK Permatasari 2)
2. Sudah tersedia fasilitas kasur ,lemari,kipas angin,kamar mandi dalam ,komplit tinggal nempatin
3. Harga Low Budget ,jadi enak kalau mau ngirit setiap bulan (Sudah termasuk Listrik)
4. Pemilik Kost baik hati ,sering di kasih makanan atau diberi pinjaman barang
5. Tersedia Parkir Motor dan tidak ada tambahan biaya
6. Ada CCTV di Area Parkir Motor dan Lorong Kost
7. Dapur + Kulkas Umum
Kekurangan :
1 . Dikarenakan kost masih baru ,belum tersedia nya beberapa fasilitas seperti Wifi ,untuk paket Data di rekomendasikan memakai provider X* karena sinyal lebih stabil
2. Sirkulasi Udara cukup kurang kalau siang hari ,jadi lebih baik buka jendela dan pintu kamar ketika siang hari ,agar ada udara luar masuk
3. Karena lokasi kost ada di dalam gang ,transportasi seperti mobil susah untuk masuk dan tidak bisa sampai ke depan kost (maksimal hanya sampai depan TK Permatasari 2)
Saran untuk pemilik Kost :
1. Saran untuk menambah jendela di yang berukuran besar di area tangga ,agar udara bisa masuk
2. Kedepannya mungkin bisa tambah fasilitas AC dan WiFi

Advantages :
1. The location of the boarding house is quite strategic, very close to the location of Alam Sutera Mall, Binus and Office Areas (the location benchmark is entering TK Permatasari 2)
2. Mattress, wardrobe, fan, private bathroom, complete, just stay
3. Low Budget Price, so it's good if you want to save money every month (Including electricity)
4. Boarding house owners are kind, often given food or given loans
5. Motorcycle parking is available and there is no additional fee
6. There is CCTV in the Motorcycle Parking Area and Boarding Hall
7. Kitchen + General Refrigerator
Deficiency :
1. Because the boarding house is still new, several facilities such as Wifi are not yet available, for data packages it is recommended to use X * provider because the signal is more stable
2. Air circulation is lacking during the day, so it's better to open the windows and doors of the room during the day, so that outside air can enter
3. Because the boarding house is in an alley, transportation such as a car is difficult to enter and cannot get to the front of the boarding house (the maximum is only in front of TK Permatasari 2)
Suggestions for Boarding House owners:
1. Suggestions for adding a large window in the staircase area, so that air can enter
2. In the future, AC and WiFi facilities may be added

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lokasinya deket ke mal alam sutera, kampus binus, pintu tol alam sutera, IKEA. bangunan masih baru, property masih serba baru, kasur, kipas, lemari, kamar mandi dalam, share kitchen, ada CCTV. buka sejak Agustus 2020
the location is close to the natural silk mall, the Binus campus, the Alam Sutera toll gate, IKEA. the building is still new, the property is still completely new, mattresses, fans, cupboards, private bathroom, shared kitchen, there is CCTV. open since August 2020

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harganya murah tempatnya bersih, dekat ke mall alam sutera, deket ke binus, dekat ke toll, fasilitas tersedia dapur bersama, lemari es, kompor, alatmasak, alat makan, didalam kamar sudah tersedia kasur, lemari,kipas angin dan kamar mandi di dalam, untuk yg bawa kendaraan roda 2,tersedia parkir.
The price is cheap, the place is clean, close to the natural silk mall, close to Binus, close to the toll, facilities are available with a shared kitchen, refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, cutlery, in the room there is a mattress, cupboard, fan and bathroom inside, for those who bring 2-wheeled vehicles, parking is available.
