★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yang bikin saya cabut dari kosan ini gara2 suara berisik dari dapur padahal uda malam (jam 1 malam pun di dapur berisik), penghuni kalau bawa tamu juga berisik, terus berisik dari jalan raya, pokoknya suara dari luar masuk ke kamar, lalu bisa kena debu asap jalan raya atau bau rokok, baju habis dicuci malah bau apek, kamar gampang lembab kalau gak buka jendela tapi kalau buka jendela kena bau macam2 plus kemasukan nyamuk gara2 pintu kosan selalu terbuka lebar.
yang bagus dari kos ini, pembantu yg cowok ramah banget, ada cleaning nya (diawal ngakunya 1minggu 1x ternyata 1bulan 1x. sebenarnya enggak apa2 1bln 1x karena pembantunya dikit, tapi rasanya dibohongi aja diawal), kos tergolong bersih, listrik cukup hemat. kos ini not bad sih cuma tidur jadi gak tenang dan gak bisa punya suasana kamar yang homie gitu.
which made me pull out of this boarding house because of the noise from the kitchen even though it was late at night (even at 1pm in the kitchen it was noisy), the occupants if they brought guests were also noisy, continued to be noisy from the highway, basically the sound from outside entered the room, then it could be hit by dust Highway smoke or the smell of cigarettes, clothes have been washed even smells musty, the room is easily damp if you don't open the window, but if you open the window you get a smell of things plus mosquitoes are entering because the boarding house door is always wide open.
the good thing about this boarding house, the maid who is a really friendly guy, there is cleaning (at the start of 1 week 1 time, it turns out to be 1 month 1x. actually it's okay 1 month 1x because the assistant is a little bit, but it feels like being lied to at the start), the boarding house is relatively clean, electricity is quite economical. This boarding house is not bad, it just sleeps so it & amp; # 39; s not calm and you can't have a homie room atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan terbaik dg harga yg cukup merakyat :) wifi kenceng bgt deket dari mana mana. Ibu kost juga ramah ga banyak ini itu. Kamar yg pakai TV sudah dilengkapi dg tv chanel mau liat channel kaya di hotel bisa. Pokoknya best bgt deh jadi Kangen ngekost di escentia :)
The best boarding house with a fairly populist price :) the wifi is very fast, close to everywhere. The boarding house is also friendly, not that much. Rooms that use TVs are equipped with TV channels, if you want to see channels like those in hotels, you can. Anyway, it's really good, so I miss boarding at escentia :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kamar bersih, ukuran tidak terlalu besar tp pas, cukup juga buat gelar karpet/yoga mat. furniturnya lengkap, bagus. owner+pengurus sangat membantu dan ramah, penjaga kost baik. ada dapur + kulkas + dispenser di tiap lantai. kamar dibersihkan seminggu sekali. lokasi strategis di pinggir jalan, tapi aman krn ada gembok + penjaga kost di malam hari. harganya juga murah untuk kualitas kamar spt itu. seneng banget ngekos di sini dan kalo gak pindah kantor mungkin bakal di sini terus hahaha. recommended!
the room is clean, the size is not too big but just right, enough for a carpet / yoga mat. the furniture is complete, good. owner + caretaker very helpful and friendly, good boarding housekeeper. there is a kitchen + refrigerator + dispenser on each floor. rooms are cleaned once a week. strategic location on the side of the road, but safe because there are padlocks + boarding guards at night. the price is also cheap for the quality of the room like that. I really like living here and if I don't move offices, I will probably stay here hahaha. recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for a couple of months. My room was quite spacious with window facing the street. Could be noisy during the day due to the traffic. Had issues with the water pressure but was timely resolved. The owner was friendly and accommodating, so were their staff.
