Have CCTV and Keeper in the area.

Near highway / Toll .
No Flood Zone ( Bebas Banjir )

Near Kelapa Gading Mall and Green Pramuka square mall.
Near to central jakarta , distance to Sudirman HI or Monas ( National monument ) only around 8km.

Nice people, nice place. Has a lift. Good price all included (water, electricity etc).
I met Adi, Mansur and Rifad who are nice and very responsible to their own tasks.
Very close to the food center !
