★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar dari A-Z. Ada orang yang bersih-bersih teras/balkon jadi gak harus bersihin sendiri. Ada wifi tapi gak kenceng. Kamar mandi dalam. Gak ada dapur. Air kadang agak kotor, gak layak minum tp kalo buat mandi masih oke. Kena charge tambahan untuk barang elektronik dengan watt besar 20K per elektronik watt besar per bulan. Biasanya tiap tahun ajaran baru (STAN) harga sewa kos naik. Ada banyak kucing (pemilik suka kucing) minusnya kucingnya gak dilatih buang air pada tempatnya. Dulu ada TV di teras/ balkon ruang santai tapi sekarang rusak. Harga kos per Juli 2018 IDR 700K, dulu waktu awal di sini Maret 2017 masih IDR 550K per bulan. Kenaikan biaya kos kurang diimbangi dengan perbaikan fasilitas secara signifikan.
Rooms from A-Z. There are people who clean the terrace / balcony so you don't have to clean it yourself. There is wifi but it is not fast. Ensuite bathroom. There is no kitchen. The water is sometimes a bit dirty, it & amp; # 39; s not worth drinking but for bathing it is still okay. There are many cats (owners like cats) minus the cats are not trained to defecate properly. There used to be a TV on the lounge patio / balcony but it's broken now. The boarding house price per July 2018 was IDR 700K, in the early March 2017 it was still IDR 550K per month. The increase in boarding costs has not been matched by a significant improvement in facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semasa pandemi ini ada tarif khusus buat yang mau kost disini, yaitu Rp 500.000 per bulan sdh tmsk air & listrik utk lampu2 kamar saja ( pakai kipas angin, rice cooker, TV dll kena tambahan biaya per jenis brg ). Ada kamar mandi di dalam. Fasilitas lain ialah lemari kecil, meja kecil & tempat tidur pendek. Ada dua lantai. Lokasi di jl. Kalimongso, disebelah STAN Bintaro Jaya.
