★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and luxurious kosan. Harganya bervariasi >2jt rupiah. Lantai atas khusus cewek, bawah khusus cowok. Tiap pagi ada asisten rumah tangga yang beresin kamar dan laundry. Fasilitas: TV, wifi, bed, AC, kamar mandi dalam, dapur dan kulkas bersama, laundry (maks 4 potong per hr), dan cleaning service every morning. Bagus sih ?
Nice and luxurious boarding house. The price varies> 2 million rupiah. Upstairs specifically girls, down especially boys. Every morning there is a household assistant who fixes the room and laundry. Facilities: TV, wifi, bed, air conditioning, private bathroom, kitchen and shared refrigerator, laundry (max 4 pieces per day), and cleaning service every morning. It's good ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kost di sini udah masuk tahun kedua. Tempatnya nyaman banget. Kostnya bisa untuk laki-laki atau perempuan. Setau saya, selain barang wajib perabot kost, semua kamar disediakan AC dan TV. Kamar mandi dalam dan ada wifi. Dapur dan kulkas bersama. Harganya ketika saya menulis ini berkisar 2,5-2,8 juta setiap bulannya bergantung dengan ukuran kamar.
Mungkin harga tersebut terlihat mahal. Akan tetapi, menurut saya itu worth it karena ada juga fasilitas untuk dicucikan baju (maks 2 stel) dan dibersihkan kamar setiap harinya.
Kekurangannya mungkin kadang wifi lantai 2 suka error. Rata-rata yang kost disini pekerja dan mahasiswa.
I am boarding here in my second year. The place is very comfortable. The boarding house can be for men or women. In my opinion, in addition to the mandatory boarding furniture items, all rooms are provided with air conditioning and TV. The bathroom is inside and there is wifi. Shared kitchen and fridge. The price as I write this is around 2.5-2.8 million per month depending on room size.
Maybe that price looks expensive. However, in my opinion it's worth it because there are also facilities for washing clothes (max 2 sets) and cleaning the room every day.
The drawback may be that sometimes the 2nd floor wifi likes errors. The average boarding house is workers and students.
