★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat kost didaerah cawang. Lokasi kost dekat masjid, dekat kantor BUMN Karya, Indomaret. Lingkungan nyaman dan bersih. Ada 6 kamar dan 2 kamar mandi, closed duduk dann shower. Ada balkon dan tempat untuk menjemur pakaian. Tidak ada tempat parkir. Peraturannya dilarang merokok, hemat energy, dan kalau bicara malam malam tidak boleh keras dan mengganggu. Harga 1 juta. Silahkan kalau butuh tempat kost, mungkin masih kosong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada tanggal 24 Januari 2021 masuk ke kosan ini, tanpa ada kesepakatan pembicaraan di awal ternyata masuk tanggal tersebut sampai tanggal 31 Januari 2021 dihitung setengah bulan. Padahal di peraturan tertera jelas ada kebijakan khusus kalau masuk di akhir bulan tapi cuman omong kosong. Pada saat itu mengalah karena memang peraturan seperti itu, seiring berjalan waktu ternyata kamar yang ditawarkan rembes dan bocor, akhirnya minta pindah kamar dan ternyata lagi2 kena tipu karena gak ada tanggung jawab dari pemiliknya dengan menaikkan tarifnya. Setelah sampai di akhir bulan dibujuk agar tetap di kosan yang merugikan ini, akhirnya dikasih keringanan sampai tanggal 5. Ditengah perjalanan ternyata diminta bayar lagi dari tanggal 1 - 5 sebesar 200 rb, kalau boleh saran mending jangan kos disini karena kamarnya kecil, pemiliknya licik
