Disini dekat dengan kampus, mall, kantor, shuttle buss, stasiun kereta, pasar dll.
Lokasinya lumayan susah dijangkau, pas dibelakang dormitoy. Blakang alfamart Ada jalan tanjakan naik, yang jalanannya jelek Dan berbatu. Tapi mobil Dan motor masih bisa lewat.
Kosan campur, bersih tiap hari disapu, penjaga kosnya ramah Dan helpfull banget.
Ada dapur kulkas Dan tempat jemuran.
Fasilitas dalam kamar lengkap.
Untuk kamar berAC harganya 1200000, untuk nonAC 900000.blm termasuk listrik. Listrik pake token.
Boarding house away from the crowd. For those who like it, Susana is sure to be very happy Kos here.

The location is quite difficult to reach, right behind the dormitoy. Blakang alfamart There is a ramp up, the road is ugly and rocky. But cars and motorcycles can still pass.
Mixed boarding, clean every day swept, boarding guards friendly and very helpful.
There is a kitchen fridge and a clothesline.
In-room amenities are complete.
For air-conditioned rooms the price is 1200000, for nonAC 900000.blm including electricity. Electricity uses tokens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi agak masuk ke dalam & akses jalannya agak menyeramkan kalo malam karena remang2 & sepi, 4 lantai naiknya bikin capek. Jorok & kotor lorong2nya .....
The location is a bit inside & the access road is a bit creepy at night because it is dim & quiet, the 4 floors up makes you tired. Dirty & dirty hallways .....

The room is decent. But the shared kitchen is a bit dirty. For those who like to cook, you can't find it here.
