Fasilitas Lengkap, ada (GYM, Rooftop) yang jarang ditemui di kos lain..
Pemilik Kos dan Penjaga sama2 Ramah. Fast Respon sekali.. Admin Costomer Service kalah Fast Respon keknya wkwkwk. Bahkan dapet bonus alat mandi dan sandal jg.. uda kaya di hotel nih. hihihi

Boarding house owners and caretakers are both friendly. Fast response once .. Admin Costomer Service lost. Fast response. Even got bonus toiletries and slippers too .. already rich in hotels here. hihihi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost 88 Tegal Parang. Tempat kost pertama gue di Jakarta dengan harga 1,8jt yang menurut gua pantas dengan fasilitas lengkap yang ada, seperti Furniture kamar (Spring bed, AC, TV, Rak tas, Rak sepatu, Lemari kecil dinding, Jam dinding dan hiasan dinding).
Fasilitas dapur (Kompor gas, Dispenser, Wastafel cuci piring, Galon, Kulkas, lemari tembok).
Fasilitas di roof top ada (mesin cuci dan space menjemur pakaian yang luas) banyak tanaman pula bikin segar mata memandang.
Hal yang paling disuka selama kost disini adalah KEBERSIHAN KOST YANG SELALU TERTATA RAPIH (Terimakasih mas Aan).
Dan Penjaga Kost yang super friendly ke semua penghuni (Thanks Bro Rio).

Kost 88 Tegal Parang. My first boarding place in Jakarta at a price of 1.8 million which according to me is appropriate with the complete facilities available, such as room furniture (Spring bed, AC, TV, bag rack, shoe rack, small wall cupboard, wall clock and wall decoration).
Kitchen facilities (gas stove, dispenser, dishwasher, gallon, refrigerator, wall cupboard).
There are facilities on the roof top (a washing machine and a large space for drying clothes), lots of plants also make the eye fresh.
The most favorite thing during boarding here is the CLEANNESS OF THE COSTUMES THAT ARE ALWAYS Tidy (Thank you mas Aan).
And the boarding house guard is super friendly to all residents (Thanks Bro Rio).
