1. Air merembes dari kamar mandi.
2. Kadang2 airnya kotor dan berbau.
3. Sampah berserakan.
4. Atasnya kadang2 bocor saat hujan.
5. Banyak yang merokok di teras dan lorong.

Jumlah kamar yg sedikit tapi enak gak jauh dari jalan raya dan tempat kuliner..
This boarding house is located right behind the memories coffee shop. If you are looking for this address, don't expect there to be big writing KOST LA 88 because it won't be there..
The number of rooms is small but delicious, not far from the highway and culinary places..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bagus dan kamarnya nyaman. Ideal untuk tinggal, akses ke tempat makan, mini market, dan transportasi umum dekat. Komunikasi dengan pemilik dan penjaga juga lancar. AC berfungsi dengan baik, WiFi juga lancar.
The place is nice and the rooms are comfortable. Ideal for staying, access to places to eat, mini market and public transportation close by. Communication with the owner and caretaker is also smooth. AC works well, WiFi is also smooth.

- cari makan gampang
- lumayan nyaman dan bersih

- lokasi rawan karena dekat dengan jalan raya (motor 1 ilang waktu teman sy disini, dan kata penghuni dan warga sekitar memang rawan dan sudah terjadi beberapa kali)
- penjaga tidak standby
- cctv parkir mati
- parkir sempit (motor only)
- harus deposit 200k
- harus kasih rating dan review bintang 5 di google untuk pengembalian deposit

- the location is vulnerable because it is close to the highway (motor 1 was lost when my friend was here, and residents and residents said it was vulnerable and had happened several times)

Paling penting penjaganya mas Rudi, baik rajin membersihkan area kostan (bukan kamar) rajin bantu parkiran dan pengawas standby. TOP!
