★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostnya nyaman. Kamar isi dan kamar mandi dalam. Lantai bawah mulai November 2018 full AC. Walau kadang Wifi-nya tidak sampai ke kamar paling ujung, tapi kalau malam cepat. Tidak ada jam malam tapi semua kamar mendapatkan kunci gembok sehingga keamanan bersama ditanggung seluruh penghuni. Belum ada pencurian besar2an tapi pernah ada kasus pencurian sepatu yang ditaruh di depan kamar. Sebaiknya sepatu ditaruh di dalam kamar.
The boarding is comfortable. The contents of the room and the bathroom inside. The lower floors from November 2018 are full AC. Even though sometimes the Wifi doesn't reach the very end of the room, but at night it's fast. There is no curfew but all rooms have a padlock so that all residents share security. There has been no major theft, but there have been cases of theft of shoes that were placed in front of the room. We recommend that you put your shoes in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk harga kamar di atas 1,5 juta masih kurang fasilitas dapur (kompor, tabung gas, kulkas), CCTV, dan perabotannya bisa dibilang biasa saja. Peraturannya pun berlebihan, salah satunya tidak boleh membawa setrika & dispenser. Parkiran berkanopi pun berbayar + tidak boleh mencuci kendaraan di halaman kos.
Dulu saya pernah ngekos dengan harga 1,45 juta area yang sama dan tidak ada masalah membawa barang-barang tersebut selama pemakaiannya tidak berlebihan, parkir mobil berkanopi + boleh mencuci kendaraan kapan pun.
