★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyaman. Tempatnya jadi satu dengan usaha laundry. Wifi. Harga sewa kamar per bulan cukup murah. Kamar mandi dalam, dengan kamar sudah diberi fasilitas berupa lemari. Biasanya 24 jam, pria dilarang masuk. Awal tahun kemarin, atap lantai atas yang jamuran sudah direnovasi.
