Salah satu kost bagus di Jakarta Pusat dengan harga kamar kos dibawah 1jtan perbulan. Lokasi strategis dekat dengan STIAMI Pangkalan Asem. Hanya 400 meteran saja dari halte Busway Rawa Selatan. Dekat ke Cempaka Mas, akses mudah ke RSPAD Gatot Subroto, DEPLU Pejambon, DEPKEU Lapangan Banteng, Kelapa Gading, Sunter, Senen, Kwitang dsb
