★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos kosan putri yng unik. Bentuk eksterior bangunan ekspos bata merah, jadi kesan artistiknya dapet banget.
Secara fasilitas memang sederhana, bukan type koskosan eksklusif tapi harga yg relatif terjangkau dan berada dilingkungan yg aman memiliki nilai yg baik untuk kondusivitas para mahasiswa yang membutuhkan tempat tinggal yg nyaman.

In terms of facilities, it is indeed simple, not an exclusive type of boarding house, but a price that is relatively affordable and in a safe environment has a good value for the conduciveness of students who need a comfortable place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suasana menyenangkan. Dekat dengan pusat kota tapi tenang dan nyaman. Kamar gaya asik, bisa jadi spot foto menarik ala bata2 merah. Kurang ada ternit aja biar ngga denger tetangga sebelah.
