Kelebihan:
1. Ruangan yang luas (untuk sekelas kos luas ?)
2. Harga terjangkau (saat ini 1jt perbulan di sept 2020, sudah termasuk sama listrik loh ?),
3. Airnya bersih,
4. Ga bocor gentengnya ?
Kekurangan:
1. Ruangannya panas saat pintunya ditutup (kalau siang lebih baik dibuka),
2. Kalau pintu dibuka saat malam, suka ada kecoa dan tikus, jadi lebih baik ditutup aja pintunya kalau malam),
3. Pengelolaan sampahnya kurang baik (sebenernya ini masalah umum yang ada di negara kita, kalau kita sama-sama sadar akan pentingnya kebersihan, pasti bisa bersih ?) point kekurangan yg ke2 pasti berkaitan sama sampah hehe
For friends who are looking for boarding houses in the Rempoa area, the Ubud cottage is recommended.
Advantages:
1. A spacious room (for a spacious boarding class ?)
2. Affordable prices (currently 1 million per month in September 2020, including electricity ?),
3. The water is clean,
4. The tile doesn't leak ?
Deficiency:
1. The room is hot when the door is closed (if it is better open during the day),
2. If the door is opened at night, there like cockroaches and mice, so it's better if the door is closed at night),
3. Waste management is not good (actually this is a common problem in our country, if we are both aware of the importance of cleanliness, we can definitely clean it ?) the second shortage point is definitely related to garbage hehe
