Halaman parkir luas, sayang nya bila kita bawa kendaraan dikenakan charge per bulan.
Ada ruang bertamu. Hunian ini dilengkapi dengan CCTV.
Kost masih bersih dan nyaman karena masih bangunan baru
Minusnya, kalo dri pinggir jalan orang ga enggeh kalo ini kost-kostan, karena ga ada nya spanduk / penanda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really good, laundry was so bad, and bed is not standart in every room, but we can out and back anytime without worry bcs the gate is 24hours open and theres a guard everynight and day
