★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bersih, nyaman utk kost anak kuliah maupun yg sdh bekerja.akses utk beli makan sangat dekat dgn warung/rmh makan. Harga perbulan terjangkau, dg fasilitas yg ada...kamar luas, kmrmandi dlm, tmpt parkir roda 2 luas dn aman.
The place is clean, comfortable for boarding college kids and those who have worked. Access to buy food is very close to the food stall / restaurant. Affordable monthly price, with existing facilities ... spacious rooms, in-house bath, 2-wheeled parking area and safe area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah ngisi kamar yang ujung dekat wastafel. Udaranya sejuk, airnya deresss.. puas bgt pas mandinya. Jauh dari kebisingan jalan, tapi gak jauh dari jalan. Deket warung kelontong juga sama Deket kalau mau cari makan.. sipp bgt nyamaannn sebagai alumnus kosan saya sangat merekomendasikan.. ??
Never filled a room that was near the sink. The air is cool, the water is deresss.. I'm very satisfied when I take a shower. Away from the street noise, but not far from the road. It's near a grocery shop and it's the same. Close to looking for food.. it's very convenient as an alumnus of the boarding house. I highly recommend it.. ??
