★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama 3 tahun saya tinggal di kost md 16,tidak pernah ada yang namanya permasalahan dengan air kebersihan tempat jaringan internet dan gangguan2 aneh lainya yg ada setiap ada permasalahan entah itu besar atau kecil pemilik kosan responsif langsung membantu seperti maintenance ac dkk, begitu pula untuk kebutuhan kecil tersedia aqua galon jadi tidak perlu beli ditmpat yg jauh tinggal kebawah aja, dan ada laundry pakaianya yg terjamin kebersihanya... Sukses selalu bapak kost semoga kedepan bisa dipertahankan qualitasnya mantaf

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah udah 3 tahun ngekos di sini dan gak pernah mengalami gangguan apapun. Udah berasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Bapak dan ibu kosan nya juga udah seperti org tua sendiri yg selalu baik, sangat perduli dan sigap kalau kita minta bantuan. Bapak kosannya selalu cepat dan tanggap untuk melakukan tindakan perbaikan jika penghuni kosan mengalami kendala pada wifi yg tiba2 eror atau air yg tiba2 mati. Bapak kosan yg sangat responsip, krn selalu melakukan musyawarah kepada semua penghuni kosan untuk mengambil keputusan jika mau melakukan sesuatu demi kenyamanan para penghuni kosan. Alhamdulillah bapak kosan nya amanah..

The boarding house father is always fast and responsive to take corrective actions if the residents of the boarding house experience problems with the wifi which suddenly goes wrong or the water suddenly turns off. The boarding house father is very responsive, because he always conducts deliberations with all the residents of the boarding house to make a decision if he wants to do something for the comfort of the residents of the boarding house. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost nya nyaman, parkiran luas, lokasi strategis dekat dgn masjid, Alfamart, Indomaret, pasar kaget, warteg, warung makan, dan plaza kalibata. Mudah diakses karena berada di pinggir jalan. Di dalam kostan jg terdapat tempat laundry dan apabila mau mencuci jemur sendiri ada rooftop yg luas. Selain itu, pemilik kost sangat care terhadap kenyamanan penghuni kost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah hampir 1 tahun Kontrak disini merasa sangat nyaman. Bapak kost nya seperti orang tua sendiri. Kost nya sangat rapi dan bersih. Peraturan nya sangat jelas. Jika ada kendala Wi-fi dan Air langsung tanggap di perbaiki. AC tidak pernah bermasalah. Ada Laundry tepat di lantai 1 dan Jemuran Pribadi di Lantai paling atas. Dekat dengan Mall dan Fasum lain. Lingkungan sangat nyaman. Semoga semakin maju pak ☺️?
Alhamdulillah, almost 1 year contract here feels very comfortable. The boarding house father is like his own parents. The boarding house is very neat and clean. The rules are very clear. If there are problems with Wi-Fi and water, immediately fix it. AC has never been a problem. There is a laundry right on the 1st floor and a private clothesline on the top floor. Close to other malls and fasum. The environment is very comfortable. Hopefully it will be more advanced, sir ☺️?
