ada 2 macam kamar yang atas hanya kamar aja dapat subsidi token 200k/bulan
yang bawah lebih ke family type lebih besar ada ruang tv nya & dapur + kitchen set itu gak dapet subsidi token
ada garasi untuk motor tapi kalau punya mobil titip parkirnya agak jauh dan gak ada tempat untuk mobil berhenti didepannya jadi agak sulit buat angkut2 barang.
overall lingkungannya aman, tetangga ramah2 ada warung, tukang sayur + deket ke krukut dan kahfi jadi nyari apa aja relatif gampang
the price of 1.5 rooms has ac, can be a bed & tv - bathroom inside.
There are 2 types of rooms, only rooms can be subsidized tokens 200k / month
the lower one is more to the larger family type, there is a tv room & kitchen + kitchen set that doesn't get token subsidies
there is a garage for motorbikes but if you have a car, leave the parking lot far away and there is no place for the car to stop in front of it so it is a bit difficult to transport goods.
overall the environment is safe, the neighbors are friendly, there are stalls, vegetable vendors + close to crutches and kahfi so looking for anything is relatively easy
