★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar mandi dalam. Parkir motor cukup luas. Lokasi dekat kemana-mana, tapi tidak bising jalan raya. Sedang renovasi tambah kamar.
Ensuite bathroom. The motorbike parking is quite spacious. The location is close to everywhere, but not noisy on the highway. Currently adding rooms renovation.

Suasana nya tuh nyaman, sepi, jadi kalo mau bobok siang juga gak kegaduhan. Masih banyak pohon sehingga tanpa ase aja udah suwejuk dan suweger.
Very strategic location. 2 minutes from Tingkir terminal. Near Indomaret alpamaret food stalls.
The atmosphere is comfortable, quiet, so if you want to sleep in the afternoon there is also no noise. There are still a lot of trees, so without ase, it's already cool and suweger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is so affordable and the owner is so friendly and helpfull. Though, I am not lucky to rent it when it was under upgrade. There are a lot of sound of builder hitting some planks.
It is also a little bit scary and cold at the night. Better buy a warm blanket for cover when you are sleeping.
