Banyak aturan tapi tidak sesuai dengan fasilitas, air buat mandi bau, sering mati, wifi error dan di harap berhati hati tagihan listrik selalu tidak sesuai, meteran rusak

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menyewakan kamar kos campur, letak strategis bnyk tempat makan, namun jauh dr angkutan umum (halte busway), cukup banyak penghuninya, parkir motor agak berantakan, rak sepatu di bawah terlihat berantakan, lebih baik setiap lantai diberi rak tersendiri, di lt 3 bagian dapur kurang bersih shg mengundang hama, trkdg air mati, wifi kdg lambat dan terputus, tp utk kondisi kamar cukup oke utk 1 orang. Kamar tdk terllu luas namun cukup nyaman dgn kmr mandi dalam. Tdk ada ventilasi shg disediakan AC di stiap kamar. Meteran listrik agak error, kondisi kamar tdk ditempati skitar 3 minggu namun meterannya naik. Kondisi kamar baru cukup bersih..
Rent mixed boarding rooms, strategic location for many places to eat, but far from public transportation (busway stops), quite a lot of residents, motorbike parking is a bit messy, the shoe rack below looks messy, it's better for each floor to be given its own shelf, on the 3rd floor in the kitchen not clean enough to invite pests, dead water, wifi is sometimes slow and disconnected, but for room conditions it's quite okay for 1 person. The rooms are not too spacious but comfortable enough with an ensuite bathroom. There is no ventilation so air conditioning is provided in each room. The electricity meter was a bit of an error, the condition of the room was not occupied for about 3 weeks but the meter went up. The condition of the new room is quite clean..
