★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos Ijo Klebengan meruapakan hunian indekos untuk putra dan putri dengan masa sewa tahunan. Walau ditujukan untuk putra dan putri namun penempatan kamar dilakukan secara memisah.
Denah bangunan menyerupai letter "U" dalam alfabet. Gedung sebelah timur untuk hunian indekos putra, sedangkan gedung bagian baratnya untuk hunian indekos putri. Tentunya dengan kamar mandi yang terpisah untuk masing-masing indekos, dan penempatanya diluar kamar alias bukan kamar mandi dalam.
Di bagian tengah dan utara lahan indekos merupakan rumah atau hunian si pemilik kos. Dan jika ada paket atau barang kiriman yang masuk biasanya diterima oleh si pemilik kos.
Beralamat di desa Klebengan CT VII A/5 Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta (Berletak di sebrang Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan UGM, samping SGPC Bu Wiryo). Selain hunian kos, si pemilik juga memiliki usaha jual/beli ayam potong atau ayam sayur.
Untuk porsinya, ia tergolong oada hunian kos yang murah dan terjangkau. Lokasi strategis, masuk dan dekat dekat wilayah UGM, UNY, Sunmor, Jakal dan Jalan Godean (Jl.Affandi). Jarak tempuh sampai ke kota, tugu pal putih serta malioboro pun hanya terpatok 15 menit perjalanan kendaraan bermotor (20-25 menit bersepeda). (ENA)
