★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan yang cukup baik jika dilihat dengan harganya, udah include listrik dan air juga. Kamar luas, , lingkungan bersih, banyak tempat santai, dapur, kulkas, dan perabot kamar yang lengkap juga. Penjaga kos juga ramah.
Akses kemanapun mudah, banyak toko dan warung makanan yang dapat dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki. Ga terlalu jauh juga dari jalan besar.
The boarding house is quite good if you look at the price, it includes electricity and water too. Spacious rooms, clean environment, lots of relaxing places, kitchen, refrigerator, and complete room furniture too. The caretaker is also friendly.
Access everywhere is easy, many shops and food stalls can be reached on foot. Not too far from the main road.

3 lantai, semakin ke atas semakin murah sewanya. Saya di lantai 2. Dulu biaya sewanya udah termasuk cuci-setrika. Mantap…. ????
Temen2 kos seru2 semua. Klo hari Minggu suka nonton TV bareng di ruang tamu trus luluran bareng.

I lived here in 2008 (Feb-Nov), it didn't last a year because I had to change jobs.
3 floors, the higher you go the cheaper the rent. I was on the 2nd floor. In the past, the rental fee included washing and ironing. Excellent…. ????
Cost friends are all fun. On Sundays, I like to watch TV together in the living room and then scrub together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan cukup terjangkau harganya dan fasilitas cukup lengkap buat di kawasan Jaksel terus deket lg k mana2. Ada St. Duren Kalibata, ada TJ lewat d depan TMP, Perdatam, ada jg Halte Pancoran. Mau ngemall jg ada KCS, Plaza Kalibata. Mau melipir ke daerah Kuningan sana jg deket. Mantap lah
The boarding house is quite affordable and the facilities are complete enough for the South Jakarta area to be close to everywhere. There is St. Duren Kalibata, there is a TJ passing in front of the TMP, Perdatam, there is also a Pancoran bus stop. If you want to go to a mall, there is also a KCS, Plaza Kalibata. If you want to go to the Kuningan area, it's also close. It's good
