★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pernah ngekos disini, alhamdulillah saya menyesal. sebaiknya dengan harga 9jt/tahun lebih dimaksimalkan lagi fasilitasnya. kawan-kawan yang mau ngekost juga bisa mempertimbangkan banyak kost kost an yang jauh lebih murah dan jauh lebih baik (ibunya) sebenernya dari kost ini.
 I've stayed here, thank God I'm sorry. preferably at a price of 9 million/year, the facilities should be maximized. friends who want to stay in a boarding house can also consider many boarding houses which are much cheaper and much better (his mother) actually from this boarding house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosnya dari gambar tuh bagus tapi ternyata pas sampe sana kurang banget untuk harga 9juta an, sedangkan di beberapa kos lain 9juta an itu udah bisa pake ac dan lebih luas. Jujur kalo mau kesini di cek dulu aja kos annya karena lumayan kotor juga kosnya. Pokoknya pribadi aku bilang kos ini kurang banget.
The boarding house from the picture is good but it turns out that when I got there it was really not enough for the price of 9 million, while in some other boarding houses 9 million it could already use ac and was wider. Honestly, if you want to come here, just check the cost first because it's pretty dirty too. Anyway, personally I say this cost is really less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tahu memang merasa serba susah pada awalnya ketika pertama kali datang kesini, banyak yg bilang kosnya kotor belum dibersihkan, kos dengan biaya 9 jutaan tidak sesuai harapan, dan lain sebagainya.
Tapi selama pengalaman sy di kos ini, sy merasa dicukupkan dengan kebutuhan yang saya dapatkan. Lokasi yg strategis, jadinya dekat dengan kampus, warung makan, maupun toko-toko lainnya. Bapak sama ibu kos yang ramah dan siap membantu jika ada bantuan, bahkan kawan2 disini memang baik kok, berbagi pengalaman mereka disini.
Masalah apapun yg terjadi pada awalnya, menjadi berkurang selama kalian nginap bahkan nikmati apa adanya di kos ini. MENGELUH bukan solusi, nikmati hasilnya. Itu semua kembali pd anda sendiri, disini memang recomend banget kalo pengen dekat dgn kampus, pikirkan dulu aja sebelum mau menginap disini. Santuy aja ya?
I know it was really difficult at first when I first came here, many said the boarding house was dirty, it had not been cleaned, the boarding house cost 9 million not as expected, and so on.
But during my experience at this boarding house, I feel fulfilled with the needs that I get. Strategic location, so close to campus, food stalls, and other shops. The father and the boarding house are friendly and ready to help if there is help, even the friends here are really good, sharing their experiences here.
Any problems that occur at first, will be reduced as long as you stay and even enjoy what is in this boarding house. Complaining is not a solution, enjoy the results. It all comes back to you, here is really recommended if you want to be close to campus, just think about it before you want to stay here. Don't worry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum memilih kos ini, lebih baik pertimbangkan lagi soalnya untuk harga 9jt/th sangat tidak sesuai dengan yang didapat saat pertama datang kesini tidak sesuai dengan keterangan di gambar, semoga pihak kos dapat lebih baik lagi (ibu kosnya).
Before choosing this boarding house, it's better to reconsider because the price of 9 million / year is not the same as what you got when you first came here, it doesn't match the description in the picture, hopefully the boarding house can be even better (the boarding house).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi sangat dekat dengan Sportorium UMY. Nyaman samping sawah.. Dekat masjid insan UTAma SDIT.. jalan kaki ke kampus bisa.. InsyaAllah nyaman barokah
The location is very close to Sportorium UMY. Comfortable next to the rice fields.. Near the UTAma SDIT human mosque.. you can walk to campus.. Insyaallah it's comfortable and blessed
