Fasilitas dari kos ini sendiri kamar mandi ada di luar di tengah kos ada kolam dan pohon rambutan dan mangga yang rindang. Di kos ini pula menfasilitasi kulkas yang mana di pakai secara bersama. Yang terakhir di kos ini terdapat 2 lantai dan kurang lebih dengan 20 kamar. Cowok tidak diperkenankan masuk. Jam malam biasanya sampai jam 10. Tp juga setiap orang membawa kunci sendiri2

Lokasinya dekat dengan Lempuyangan. Jadi aksesnya memang lebih mudah ke mana-mana. Warganya juga ramah-ramah. Buat kamu yang lagi nyari kosan, bisa ke sini. Untuk harga termasuk terjangkau. Kamar mandi ada, bersih. Untuk kamarnya memang kosongan. Ada kolam ikan yang terdapat di depan kamar kos. Airnya jernih.
