-AC & Listrik Token, tidak dibatasi mw bawa perabot apapun
-Free wifi kebut
-Ada penjaga, jd ngga perlu pusing kalau kirim2 paket atau bw2 barang berat
-Ada parkiran
-Kamar mandi dalem
-Ada balkon klo mw berjemur atau njemur pakaian
-Kemana2 deket
Pokoknya recommended, sukses selalu ??
 The most comfortable and cheapest boarding house in Jakarta. Trust me, I did the survey.

-There are guards, so you don't have to worry about sending packages or carrying heavy items

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berkunjung tempat temen yg ngekos disini. Kesan pertama mantap sih penjagaannya, penjaganya jg ramah.
Water heaternya on, seger buat cuci muka.
Cuma kalau naik ke lantai atas lumayan jg, lelah.
Visiting a friend's place to stay here. The first impression is that the guard is solid, the guards are friendly too.
The water heater is on, fresh for washing your face.
It's just that if you go up to the top floor, it's pretty good too, tired.
