★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos yang nyaman, akses ke pusat perbelanjaan di Tamrin bisa dengan trans jakarta, ke rscm cukuo jalan kaki, ninton atau konkow di metropole atau ke stasiun cikini /manggarai, ke pasar bisa jakan kaki. Warung dan restoran bisa dijangkau dengan jalan kaku. Kalau mau jigging bisa di Tanan Proklamasi. Lokasi strategis
A comfortable boarding house, access to shopping centers in Tamrin can be by trans Jakarta, to RSC, just walking, Ninton or Konkow in Metropolitan or to Cikini / Manggarai stations, to the market can be reached on foot. Stalls and restaurants can be reached by a stiff road. If you want jigging, you can go to Tanan Proklamasi. Strategic location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman banget, pengurusnya baik baik, tempatnya aman dan taat prokes, suasananya enak, teduh banyak pohon berasa kayak di bandung (gak kayak di jakarta), tp inget ya pembayarannya jangan telat coz klo telat bakal lgsg di incer sama yg lain loh.. tempatnya tenang,bagus bgt buat orang yg mau rilex jauh dr kebisingan, spreinya rutin diganti jg, keren pokoknya.. ? dah paling nyaman disini, pernah saya coba cari kos yg lain tp gak bisa dapet yg sebagus dan senyaman disini ?
The place is very comfortable, the management is kind, the place is safe and obeys the procedures, the atmosphere is good, the shade is full of trees, it feels like in Bandung (not like in Jakarta), but remember that the payment is not late, coz if you are late, you will be directly targeted by the others... the place is quiet, great for people who want to relax away from the noise, the sheets are changed regularly too, it's really cool.. ? It's the most comfortable here, I've tried to find another boarding house but can't get one as good and comfortable as here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah lama yang cukup besar tapi masih cukup terawat dan bersih, kamar yang di kost-kan tidak terlalu banyak , suasana tenang dan teduh, tarif perbulan sudah full fasilitas jadi tidak ada tambahan iuran ini-itu; kamarnya besar ,sudah full furniture,wifi, tersedia air panas, AC dan parkir mobil,yang punya rumah baik dan penghuni kost yang lain juga tidak ada yg meresahkan
The old house is quite large but still quite well-maintained and clean, not too many rooms in the boarding house, the atmosphere is calm and shady, the monthly rate is full of facilities so there are no additional fees for this and that; the rooms are big, full of furniture, wifi, hot water is available, air conditioning and car parking, those who have good houses and other boarding house residents are also nothing to worry about
