Friendly and polite staffs, even better if they are well informed about the knowledge of variety of coffee and basic technical information regarding the brewing or coffee roasting, so they could give proper explanations to the guests' questions. All in all, good taste of the coffee. Perfect place for a quick sip of coffee if you are travelling.
