Kapok beli dicabang sini
 Just here the taste of the coffee is very different from other outlates, here the coffee has no taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kopi kenangan tu terkenal paitnya. Tapi susu alpukatnya sangat manis, walau pesennya no sugar.
The memory coffee is famous for its pait. But the avocado milk is very sweet, even though the order is no sugar.

beberapa kali beli ama tas nya suka ga dikasih padahal udah dibayar.
awal2nya ya saya nagih tas cuma kalo keseringan ga dikasih ya males nagih lagi tasnya walau udah bayar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa sudah terjadi 2 kali pesanan online saya tidak ada produknya kata nya habis.padahal harusnya kalau produk habis karyawan nya harusnya langsung matikan produk yang habis di aplikasi.cara kerja pegawai nya terlalu santai.coba owner nya monitor cara kerja pegawai nya di lapangan.ini masukan saya karena kopi kenangan yang lain tidak seperti ini cara kerja nya.terima kasih
I'm disappointed that my online order has happened 2 times, the product says it's out of stock. Even though if the product runs out, the employee should immediately turn off the product that runs out in the application. The way the employees work is too relaxed. Try the owner to monitor how the employees work in the field. this is my input because the other memory copies are not like this how it works. thank you

Saya datang dengan teman saya tidak ada 1pun barista yang greetings, 1 orang sedang sibuk nyusun roti, 1orang lagi bikin product 1orang di kasir tapi sama sekali gak ngomong, gak melayani sama sekali. Bahkan malah kami ditinggal pergi. Cowok yang paling kanan yg ada dikasir tiba tiba tinggal begitu aja utk ngobrol dg temannya. Sampai kami kesal dan tinggal pergi pun tidak ada greetings / ucapan apapun. Kayanya perlu ditraining ulang baristanya biar tau "HOW TO SERVICE CUSTOMER".
Very poor service!!!
I came with my friends, not a single barista greeted me, 1 person was busy making bread, 1 person was making products, 1 person at the cashier but didn't talk at all, didn't serve at all. We even left. The guy on the far right who was at the cashier suddenly just stayed there to chat with his friends. Until we were annoyed and just left there were no greetings. It seems that the barista needs to be retrained to know "HOW TO CUSTOMER SERVICE".
