★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kami cukup sering kesini kalau pas mudik ke wonosobo karena kami pecinta kopi. Suatu saat kami datang, kok ga ada orang, lalu muncul satu staf. Dia tanya mau pesen apa. Setelah kami memesan, dia bilang "tunggu sebentar ya" tanpa senyum. Kami pun menunggu sambil duduk, lumayan lama. Lalu staf tadi keluar sambil bawa piring kotor, menyeberangi jalan, lalu kembali lagi. Ternyata baru sadar bahwa dia tadi makan, terus ngembaliin piringnya ke pemiliknya dulu sblm melayani pesanan kami.
Saya ga perlu berceramah panjang lebar disini untuk menunjukkan betapa tidak profesionalnya pelayanan di kedai janji jiwa tersebut.
Yang kedua adalah masalah rasa. Awal-awal dulu, kami merasa rasa kopinya enak dan "worth it". Tapi belakangan kami merasa ada yg menurun dari kualitas rasa kopinya. Pertama kami memaklumi, ah mungkin stafnya beda. Lalu pas pesan lagi selanjutnya, kami memutuskan "dah lah males beli kopi disini lagi" krn ternyata tetap tidak seenak awal-awal dulu rasa kopinya.
We come here quite often when we go home to Wonosobo because we are coffee lovers. One time we came, how come there was no one, then a staff member appeared. He asked what he wanted to order. After we ordered, he said "wait a minute yes" without a smile. We also waited while sitting, quite a long time. Then the staff came out with dirty plates, crossed the street, then came back. It turned out that he just realized that he had eaten earlier, then he returned the plate to the owner before serving our orders.
I don't need to give a long lecture here to show how unprofessional the service at the soul promise shop is.
The second is a matter of taste. At first, we felt the coffee taste good and "worth it". But lately we feel something has decreased in the quality of the taste of the coffee. First we understand, ah maybe the staff is different. Then when we ordered again, we decided "I'm lazy to buy coffee here again" because it still wasn't as good as the first taste of the coffee.

It's delicious, although it's not as big and neat as in the next town, just for coffee and drinking as soon as possible.

A comfortable place for sitting and drinking coffee, the place is not too wide but rarely anyone drinks on the spot so its okay, if you want to park you have to pay attention too because in front of the highway the parking is in front of Clandys or just across the street using a motorbike
