Just bought a hazelnut latte.. there is no taste.. the coffee has no taste, the hazelnuts have no taste either.. bland.. even though it's not like this at other outlets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kapok. Kemarin sore beli 7 cup buat di rumah, 5 cup tumpah ruah seal gak kenceng. 2 cup utuh tapiiiiiiii, rasanya gak pararuguh, kemanisan pake banget.
Walhasil rugi pake banget, 7 cup masuk tempat sampah. PARAH. Dan gak paham sama standar dari Janji Jiwa ini.
Kapok. Yesterday afternoon I bought 7 cups for home, 5 cups of spilled seals were not tight. 2 cups intact
As a result the loss was really high, 7 cups entered the trash. SEVERE. And don't understand the standard of this Soul Promise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U/rasa gak ada masalah. Cuma kebersihan outletnya tolong dijaga dong. Jorok bgt, kacanya kotor apalagi lantai dapurnya. Mentang2 gak bisa makan di tempat.
U/I don't think there's a problem. Only the cleanliness of the outlet, please maintain it. Very dirty, the glass is dirty especially the kitchen floor. Just can't eat on the spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesan lewat Go-Food dan yang mengesankan adalah baru 10-15 menit sudah tiba. Banyak menu varian yang saya sukai meskipun tidak semua rasa cocok di lidah.
Order via Go-Food and what's impressive is that it's only been 10-15 minutes. There are many variant menus that I like, although not every taste fits on the tongue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum mereka closing di GoFood saya pesan 5 minuman yang mana kopi susu dan hazelnut. tapi lucunya gak dikasih es espresso, HANYA SUSU DAN GULA SAJA !!!!! padahal di outlet lain ngga begini. kayaknya Janji Jiwa harus bener2 check Quality Control deh. Sangat mengecewakan.
Before they closed on GoFood, I ordered 5 drinks, which were milk coffee and hazelnuts. but the funny thing is that there is no iced espresso, ONLY MILK AND SUGAR !!!!! even though it's not like this at other outlets. I think Promise Soul should really check Quality Control. Very disappointing.

Dan hari ini gosong dong toastnya, mengesalkan. You ruined my mood perfectly ?
It's never true if you order from this outlet via go food, all notes on the order failed to ask for less sugar less ice, there's still a lot of ice, the taste is also inconsistent, like a spoonful of coffee given 1 liter of water, bland. And today the toast was burnt, annoying. You ruined my mood perfectly
