Saya membeli segelas hot cappucino 13/2/21 jam 14.05 wib di Kopi dari hati pondok kelapa (dalam car wash) gelas di berikan untuk gelas dingin, katanya karna stock pas habis. Pembuatan hot cappucino tidak seperti gambar yang tertera, alasannya itu memakai gula aren, dikira kita baru sekali beli cappucino? Sungguh SDM anda sangat CERDAS! sedangkan pemakaian gula itu selera pembeli. Bilang saja tidak bisa membentuk spt contoh, jangan pakai alibi! Dan tolong kalo pegawai sakit seperti flu tadi suruh istrirahat saja. ini masa pandemi, membahayakan keselamatan orang banyak di sekitar situ dan saya sebagai customer. Sebelum membuat tolong cuci tangan dulu! atau pake sarung tangan. Sekian. Terima kasih
(saya tidak akan pernah kembali untuk membeli bahkan merekomendasikan. padahal tempatnya cukup cozy, sayang SDMnya asal2an diterima)
