Terdapat empat ruangan: ruang tamu, ruang tengah, dapur, dan kamar mandi/toilet dalam. Di depan terdapat teras yang sejuk karena bangunan ini dikelilingi pohon bambu hijau.
Di sekitar area terdapat masjid, warung sederhana, rumah makan murah, dan tetangga yang ramah. Lokasi kondusif, aman, dan tidak berisik.
Pelayanan dari pemilik prima, rumah rapih, dan bangunan masih bagus. Harganya sangat terjangkau bagi anda yang mencari kontrakan di bawah 500rb.
