Very comfortable, standard prices even tend to be cheap for complete facilities, cctv, security, parking for motorbikes, there are shop houses too, gates, easy access, in front of the main highway, near where the Poris train station, traditional market markets, supermarkets . there is also a prayer room for Muslims, the neighboring residents are like family. 24-hour response to complaints is just top dech
