Tidak ada tempat parkir Mobil. 2. Kondisi kamar ada yang ventilasi nya kecil ada yang gede. Ada juga kamar yang atas nya di beton sehingga udara di kamar panas. 3. Air keran kadang suka tidak nyala, akibat pompa sering rusak. 4. Untuk kamar yang di depan tidak ada kanopi untuk penyimpanan motor. Untuk harga 1 kamar Rp. 600.000 & 2 kamar Rp. 800.000
Plus: 1. Strategic location near to Bubulak terminal 2. Easy access to rent, can get in the car. 3. Electricity uses Tokens. 4. Clean well water (free of charge). Minus: 1. There is no car park. 2. The condition of the rooms are small, there are big vents. There are also rooms that are topped in concrete so the air in the room is hot. 3. Tap water sometimes doesn't turn on, because the pump often breaks. 4. For the rooms in front there is no canopy for motorcycle storage. For the price of 1 room Rp. 600,000 & 2 rooms Rp. 800,000
