1. Pernah Terjadi PENCURIAN MOTOR, dalam Kontrakan, tanpa ada bantuan dari pemilik untuk melapor atau kasih kompensasi. TIDAK AMAN.
2. AIR keruh kuning dan bau.
3. AC tidak dingin, di komplen jawabanya tar sok tar sok, kagak segera di tangani.
4. TARIF Naik seenaknya sendiri , mirip orang ngusir. Walhasil pada keluar ga betah.
5. Pemilik arogan, mengancam membonkar pintu dan sejenisnya.

1. There has been a MOTOR THEFT, in a rented house, without the assistance of the owner to report or provide compensation. NOT SAFE.
2. Yellow turbid and smelly water.
3. The air conditioner is not cold, in the complaint the tar is pretentious, pretend to be handled right away.
4. Rates Going up arbitrarily, like someone evicted. As a result the exit is not comfortable.
5. The arrogant owner, threatens to bang the door and the like.

1. Tidak Ada Tempat Parkir (parkir motor di depan pintu masing-masing sehingga menutupi jalan)
2. Tidak Ada lahan jemuran (jemuran ditaro depan pintu masing-masing bersama motor sehingga menutupi jalan)
3. Keamanan sangat kurang, tidak ada cctv, pernah 1 unit motor nmax hilang di kontrakan ini
4. AC tidak dingin, respon owner lama untuk service AC bisa 2 mingguan
5. Air Keruh sekali , sampai keramik kamar mandi pun jadi kotor
6. WC nya tidak ada flushnya, untuk BAK harus ngangkut siram 1 ember air penuh minimal. ditinggal 2 hari saja WC menghitam
6. Paling utama OWNER AROGAN :
- MENGUSIR dari rumah padahal masih jaauuuhh jatuh tempo pembayaran
- Tidak menanggapi komplain , tidak digubris
- Menaikan harga DADAKAN TANPA DISKUSI dan PERBAIKAN sehingga terpaksa dengan segera buru² cari tempat lain

1. No Parking (motorcycle parking in front of each door so it covers the road)
2. There is no clothesline (clothesline in front of each door with a motorbike so it covers the road)
3. Security is very lacking, there is no CCTV, ever 1 unit of NMAX motor was lost in this rented house
4. AC is not cold, the response of the old owner for AC service can be 2 weeks
5. Turbid water, to the point where the bathroom ceramics become dirty
6. The toilet has no flush, for BAK must transport a minimum of 1 bucket full of water. only 2 days left the toilet turned black
6. Most important OWNER AROGAN:
- Evicting from home even though the payment is still far due
- Not responding to complaints, ignored
- Raising prices RIGHT UP WITHOUT DISCUSSION and REPAIR so that you have to hurry and find another place
